One of the more important things that you can do for yourself is to find individuals and groups who can give you peer support. All of us need to expand our knowledge and expertise in whatever position we work, but many managers find that they have no one to talk to about their day-to-day issues. They can't share the information with their staff, family members don't understand the business, and they often find that there is no one on an equal managerial level with whom they can discuss problems. 

So the solution is to look outside of your usual business environment. And that is where Mastermind groups come in.

This model is based on a group being formed to discuss common business problems. It can be from all within one industry, one region or with some other kind of commonality.  

Mastermind groups involve people who are usually at a similar level in their career or business. They come together regularly to share knowledge, experiences and referrals, and help one another advance their businesses, motivate each other and solve problems.

The Spiritual model Mastermind group 

Tap into universal unconscious 

This model is similar to the business model in providing support to its members but its aim is to take a somewhat more spiritual approach with the intent of tapping into the universal subconscious of the group members. Finding the people may be slightly more difficult because you want people who are open to the possibility of a group on a more spiritual level.
